Well-Dying? No! Well-Living? Yes!

Well-Dying? No! Well-Living? Yes! Do you know the meaning of Well-Dying?  Well-Dying  is a term that refers to the social trend of preparing to confront death in a calm and dignified manner, utilizing the method of educating and assisting the older generations with appropriate programs, palliative care, or hospices.  The poet Horace said "Pale Death with impartial tread beats at the poor man's cottage door and at the palaces of kings."    Everyone dies. No rich man, no king of honor, no scholar of knowledge can escape death. Many people wants to live long and to live forever, but they haven't found a way. That's why people are starting to pay attention to new interests. They began to think about how to well-die .  If there is a way to Well-Live forever , people will not choose Well-Dying.   Surprisingly, there is a "Well-Living Forever" method in the Bible. [ John 6:53-56 ] Jesus said to them, “Very truly I tell you, unles...

There is No Sunday Worship in the Bible, But Why Do Many People Keep Sunday Service?

There is No Sunday Worship in the Bible,  But Why Do Many People Keep Sunday Service? “ Remember the Sabbath  day  by keeping it holy. ”   [Exodus20:8]  God commanded us to keep the Sabbath day. And the bible testifies that the Sabbath is Saturday [Mark16:9]. Our savior Jesus kept the Sabbath on Saturday as his custom [Luke4:16]. And all apostles who followed Jesus kept the Sabbath on Saturday according to Jesus ’  example [Act17:2].  It means that we must keep the Sabbath holy, following the examples of Christ and the apostles. However, numerous churches in the world today worship God every Sunday. Are there any Bible verses that say we must worship on Sunday? No, nowhere in the Bible dose God tell us to keep Sunday.    Then, when did Sunday worship begin? And where did it come from? It was the Roman Emperor Constantine ’ s Sunday Law that exerted the greatest influence on the change in the day of worship. Among ...

Christ Ahnsahnghong

The Bible repeatedly says that the lost truth can be restored when God comes to this earth in the flesh and that the one who restored the lost truth is our God. 2000 years ago, Jesus was born on this earth to save mankind. He was baptized at the age of 30 and preached the gospel of the new covenant during His public ministry of about three and a half years. After finishing His mission He went up to heaven. When Christ ascended to heaven, He promised to come back to this earth.  After Jesus' ascension, there were many changes on this earth. Around the end of the apostolic age, the truths of the early church began to change one after another. The church accepted human theories and traditions instead of God's laws.  In AD321 the Sabbath was abolished as Sunday became the official day of rest and worship and in AD325 the Passover was abolished at the Council of Nicaea. Afterwards, non-Biblical practices such as the celebration of Christmas and the veneration of the cro...

The Sabbath is a covenant of God

Eze 20:11~21 " 'I gave them my decrees and made known to them my laws, for the man who obeys them will live by them. Also I gave them my Sabbaths as a sign between us, so they would know that I the LORD made them holy. Yet the people of Israel rebelled against me in the desert. They did not follow my decrees but rejected my laws--although the man who obeys them will live by them--and they utterly desecrated my Sabbaths. So I said I would pour out my wrath on them and destroy them in the desert... Keep my Sabbaths holy, that they may be a sign between us. Then you will know that I am the LORD your God. But the children rebelled against me: They did not follow my decrees, they were not careful to keep my laws--although the man who obeys them will live by them--and they desecrated my Sabbaths...' " God has promised that the Sabbath is a sign between Him and His people. Nevertheless, some people insist that the Sabbath doesn't need to be kept or that it can b...
