The Day of Resurrection and the Ester

Through Moses, God freed the  Israelites  from Egypt's captivity and brought them out of the Egypt. When the Egyptian army pursued the  Israelites , God divided the Red Sea and let them across. The  Israelites  landed safely on the ground, but all the Egyptian troops that were chasing them buried in the Red Sea. In order to celebrate this day of power, God established 'the Day of Firstfruits', and the priest held a ceremony to wave a sheaf of the first grain, the first ripe fruit. Lev 23:9-11 The LORD said to Moses, "Speak to the Israelites and say to them: 'When you enter the land I am going to give you and you reap its harvest, bring to the priest a sheaf of the first grain you harvest. He is to wave the sheaf before the LORD so it will be accepted on your behalf; the priest is to wave it on the day after the Sabbath."
