PASSOVER, AN ETERNAL PROMISE

It is Jesus's will, God's will, for us to keep the New Covenant Passover. Jesus says only the person who does the will of God can enter the kingdom of heaven. So, only those who celebrate the Passover can enter heaven. Then, how can the door to heaven be opened through the Passover? Let's see what blessing is contained in the Passover.

Jn 6:53~56 Jesus said to them, "I tell you the truth, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day. For my flesh is real food and my blood is real drink. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me, and I in him.Just as the living Father sent me and I live because of the Father, so the one who feeds on me will live because of me. This is the bread that came down from heaven. Your forefathers ate manna and died, but he who feeds on this bread will live forever."

Jesus says that unless we eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink His blood, we have no life in us and that whoever eats His flesh and drinks His blood has eternal life. He has put an important meaning in the Passover bread and wine. The bread symbolizes His flesh and the wine His blood. So those who do not celebrate the Passover cannot be said to have eternal life although they have life on this earth.

There is no death in heaven. So only those who are blessed with eternal life can enter the kingdom of heaven. The Passover which has the promise of eternal life, is the truth to open the door of heaven.

The Passover is a feast that God has commanded His people to keep since the time of Moses 3500 years ago. God has ordered them to celebrate the Passover in accordance with its regulations given in the Old and New Testamants respectively. It's because they can enter the kingdom of heaven only if they observe the Passover.

1 Co 11:23~26 For I received from the Lord what I also passed on to you: The Lord Jesus, on the night he was betrayed, took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it and said, "This is my body, which is for you; do this in remembrance of me." In the same way, after supper he took the cup, saying, "This cup is the new covenant in my blood; do this, whenever you drink it, in remembrance of me." For whenever you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord's death until he comes.

The Apostle Paul told the early Christians that he received from God what he also passed on to them and then he explained the Passover ceremony to them and asked them to celebrate it. The command Paul received from Jesus was to keep the Passover. The Passover we observe now is the law of life we must keep.

Well-Dying? No! Well-Living? Yes!

Well-Dying? No! Well-Living? Yes! Do you know the meaning of Well-Dying?  Well-Dying  is a term that refers to the social trend of preparing to confront death in a calm and dignified manner, utilizing the method of educating and assisting the older generations with appropriate programs, palliative care, or hospices.  The poet Horace said "Pale Death with impartial tread beats at the poor man's cottage door and at the palaces of kings."    Everyone dies. No rich man, no king of honor, no scholar of knowledge can escape death. Many people wants to live long and to live forever, but they haven't found a way. That's why people are starting to pay attention to new interests. They began to think about how to well-die .  If there is a way to Well-Live forever , people will not choose Well-Dying.   Surprisingly, there is a "Well-Living Forever" method in the Bible. [ John 6:53-56 ] Jesus said to them, “Very truly I tell you, unles...

The Bride is the church, the saints in Rev 22:17?

The Bride is the church, the saints in Rev 22:17? Some people insist like this, "Rev 22:17 says, the bride is the church,  not Heavenly Mother."   Rev 22:17     The Spirit and the bride say, "Come!" And let the one who hears say, "Come!" Let the one who is thirsty come, and let the one who wishes take the free gift of the water of life. Can the Church can be the Savior who gives the water of life? Are there any pieces of evidence that the saints can give the water of life?  If then, show us, please.  Bible says the all authorities to give the water of life is only depends on ONLY God Almighty. Let's see if it's right in the bible. The age of Father Jer 2:13     They have forsaken me(Jehovah), the spring of living water ... The Age of Son John 4:14     whoever drinks   the water I (Jesus) give   them will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give them will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life. The Age of t...

The Spirit and the Bride

Many people believe there is only one God—God the Father.  I think you might think in the same way. But this idea is not based on the Bible. The Bible testifies that there is... “Our Father in heaven” (Mt 6:9) , and also that “The Jerusalem that is above is free, and she is our mother” (Gal 4:26). That is, there is our Mother as well as Father in heaven. The Church of God (World Mission Society Church of God, WMSCOG) believes in God the Father and God the Mother on the basis of the Bible.  Let me add some detail explanation about this: First , “Our Father in heaven” (Mt 6:9) implies us about the relationship between God and us.         - We are the children of God. Second , just as their is both father and mother who gave me birth, there has to be God the father and God the mother who gave us spiritual life.         - It is because earthly things are the copy and shadow of what is in heaven....
