PASSOVER, AN ETERNAL PROMISE

It is Jesus's will, God's will, for us to keep the New Covenant Passover. Jesus says only the person who does the will of God can enter the kingdom of heaven. So, only those who celebrate the Passover can enter heaven. Then, how can the door to heaven be opened through the Passover? Let's see what blessing is contained in the Passover. Jn 6:53~56 Jesus said to them, "I tell you the truth, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day. For my flesh is real food and my blood is real drink. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood remains in me, and I in him.Just as the living Father sent me and I live because of the Father, so the one who feeds on me will live because of me. This is the bread that came down from heaven. Your forefathers ate manna and died, but he who feeds on this bread will live forever."

The True Meaning we are keeping the Passover now

When I say to somebody we keep the Passover, many times I used to hear that it’s strange to keep it. They told me the Passover was abolished so we don’t have to keep it anymore. Even one pastor said, the Passover is not in the Bible, isn’t it amazing? What is true, what is right? If there is God’s plan for us to keep the Passover, unless we keep the Passover, we are to be in danger in front of God. So, let’s confirm the fact through the Bible. There is no other way to understand God’s idea correctly but studying the Bible. Let’s go back to the Old Testament, the copy and shadow of New Testament. If we contrast the Old and the New testament, we can figure out the relationship between the prophecy and its fulfillment. In the Old Testament times, the Israelites were freed from Egypt and entered Canaan after forty years in the desert. This was a prophecy that the saints of the New Testament times would be freed from this sinful world and would enter the kingdom of heaven after l

King David prophecy and second coming Christ

There are many prophecies about second coming Christ in the bible. Among them, God hid secret of second coming Christ in the life of king David. 1. Seek David in the last days Hos 3:5 Afterward the Israelites will return and seek the LORD their God and David their king. They will come trembling th the LORD and to his blessings in the last days. Whom should the God’s people seek in the last days to receive the God’s blessings? To receive the God’s blessings means to receive salvation. And “the last days”indicates these days, so this is a prophecy to be fulfilled in this age. Then who is David whom we must seek in these last days? 2. The relationship between Jesus & King David Isa 9:6-7 For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Of the increase of his government and peace there will be no end. He will reign on David’s
